Hello,

 

My Family and I have been actively involved in training and competing with dogs our entire lives.  Growing up with a father who trained police K9's sparked my passion to continue the legacy in dog training.

I have competed and titled numerous dogs in Agility, Herding, Schutzhund obedience, tracking and protection, Service Dogs of America obedience and protection, AKC obedience & conformation, UKC conformation and International All Breed Canine Association conformation.  My family and I have been active volunteer with German Shepherd Rescue for many years and have worked with City of Chico Animal Shelter, in Northern California, fostering and training dogs.  More recently, we have turned our attention toward teaching others who share in our passion for training dogs.  For the past 8 years, we have enjoyed working with people and their dogs in tracking, pet obedience and competitive obedience.

Our family has recently moved from Northern California to beautiful Kentucky.  We had started our breeding program while in California.  Now that we are settled in Kentucky, I can, once again, put my full attention back to breeding and training.  We are a small hobby breeder that only has one or two litters a year and we do have a waiting list.  We strive to produce a dog with a sound mind, good conformation and a willingness to work and play!  We only breed standard Australian Shepherds that are AKC registered.  Genetic testing is done on all of our dogs before breeding. 

 

We have always had German Shepherds.  We have also always had a great love for the Australian Shepherds.  Australian Shepherds are one of the most versatile breeds to do numerous dog sports with.  Above all else, in my opinion, they are great family dogs!
